| Krin.communications is providing the filming crew for TVNW Media Group for the annual Scott International Firefit Championships held in Quinte West Ontario. Parts of the four-day firefighter competition will be aired on TSN, OLN, and RDS. The camera plan includes all High-Definition (HD) cams from Sony F900, 730 steadicam, handheld Sony EX1, and Sony F1. Revised videos are intended for Program Orientation for new staff and for mandatory Recertification of Drive Clean Program Inspectors. |

| Krin.communications e-handshakes to develop a new web site for Duffner Publications Inc., publishers of North-America wide tabloid publications American Business Owner and Canadian Business Owner. Both publications contain a shared editorial shell and front page customized for the local affiliate. Web site content for both publications will use KRIN videos and narrated Flash presentations. In a separate deal, Krin.com agreed to design the new graphic standards for both publications and to provide page layout templates. |
